All orders must be payed in full prior to shipping/pick-up. Orders guaranteed for live arrival, shipped next day air via DHL, FedEx, or Air Freight. Claims for DOAs must be received within 24hrs of receiving, with photgraphic verification.

Credit for DOAs will be in the form of:

A) Replacement animal of the same species, or one of equal value

B) Credit in the amount of the deceased animal, to be redeemed with next order shipped to customer.

Replacements will only be made to EQUAL the value of the deceased animal.
